Trekking in Nepal Himalaya. When we say trekking in Nepal Himalaya, we are not talking about climbing the mountain and so mountaineering skills are not necessary to trek in the Nepal Himalaya. What we need is the optimal physical condition, commitment of 5 to 7 hours of walking uphill and downhill and spirit of adventures.There are treks of all grades, from easy to moderate and strenuous to challenging and varied duration as short as 2-3 days to 4 weeks. Shorter trips would give more cultural insight and of course some distant yet spectacular mountain views of the mountain but longer trips would take you very close to the Himalaya.
